Sense it's a 95, if the stock pump in the tank is still functional then you just need a pressure reducer specific for carbs.I took the old metal tank out of my 89 and used a 20 gallon tank for a 94 or 95 YJ with the in tank pump. It needed a supply and return line so I used a corvette regulator mounted to the frame back by the tank therefore only running one line forward to the fuel rail.
