I'm thinking it definately needs a tune up and some other minor maintenance. An issue I had planned on tackling as things started settling down for me here soon. However, yesterday as I was driving, the CEL came on in conjunction w/ the CRUISE caution light. You either need to replace the cat, replace the sensor if the cat is good, or ideally have the proper tune on the car so it blocks the code.
