Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame. I have never heard of Sig acknowledging any issues other than a bad batch of strikers but I probably couldn't find the source. There is evidence that Sig has made "rolling" changes to improve the P365. Most "return to battery", "dead trigger", and barrel peening issues seem to have been minimized greatly.. Striker tips can break on any handgun regardless of make or model. SIG had a bad run of them early in P365 production but that problem was licked a long time ago. I have the normal P365 in 9mm and the P365 X Macro in 9mm. The magazines are tight, but I'm able to load them. My Ruger LCP Max in .380 is very hard to load, but doable. I don't use loaders on these.
