As a general side note, my studentaid.gov account is still showing a $0 balance and no loans with Mohela, so clearly things are still being processed (it should be nearly 100k).

At the rate things have been going, I have serious doubt you could make anything happen before the deadline if you decide to apply to transfer first. Just get the PSLF stuff in asap!Just mohela. Fedloan is not accepting new forms. You do not need to send a form for the sole purpose of applying to receive forgiveness. You do need to send a form to certify any remaining payments to each 120.
