I watched all of the KA P/S vids and read the 300 page doc along with it. The 300 page doc is more like a transcript of the videos but there are a lot of additional info not from the videos so it's worth at least skimming along to find which info aren't on the video. I used the questions in the back, but even that was sorta a waste of time. If you know how to analyze then your time is better spent with actual AAMC questions.
