Yes. 300 page is great. 86 page doc is more condensed and may be helpful if you’re short on time or if you need a quicker review when it comes close to your test date. The 300 pg doc is used to establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Doing UWorld problems is a more valuable use of your time if you've already reviewed a decent amount of p/s. Just read the 86 pg doc. I just used it in the AM to prime/preview for the day and refresh from the day before. In the PM I read it blandly to refresh the days knowledge and preview the next day.
