I cleaned it today, and after I put the slide back on and tried to cycle it, this happened. I cannot get it unstuck. I don't know why this happened. After I was done looking around inside, I pulled the slide back to release the hold and it did not retract. Just now as I sit down to write this, I popped the magazine out, tried it, and the slide retracted back home. What's the theory behind this?

I bought the Security 9 yesterday and have not fired it, cleaned it, oiled it, or anything. I have, however, run four magazines through and every round hangs up. First, all firearms need cleaned before you do anything with them! Then, if you have an issue, such as feeding ammo, I'd immediately stop and determine the cause of the problem.
