When I advanced to the regular season the cpu created and hired a new offensive coordinator. I don't know if this has any bearing on the glitches that people are experiencing. Just putting it out there.

You can retire but choose switch roles, pick a non controlled team to take over fire their coordinator the retire again switch roles take your original team back and hire that coordinator. Go to members or users teams,invite a friend have them fire the oc or whoever for the team yu pic and yu just sign them.
