I understand that this is the same bar as a John Deere 1780. I do like it BUT .....the cylinders in the center of the bar decided to quit lifting during planting last spring. Even most Deere people will admit that. Case IH 1200 and 1250 space better from the factory than the ESet precision BS that costs a fortune and the Case IH row unit is far better. What amazes me is the Deere planters are so bad from the factory you have to change out parts and spend a bunch of money right after you buy a brand new machine.
