Dealer told me they needed the car for at least two days because the headliner needed to be dropped down to find the problem. Told them I needed the car and would reschedule.As best I can tell it is now working properly. The problem now lies in the heat. Across the front vents it gets progressively colder from left to right. I took it in to the shop and the shop diagnosed a plugged heater core. I know my particular 200 has a coolant gelling issue that may require replacing multiple parts of the cooling system.
