to sma pao Having been on this forum for some time I have witnessed several solders going through tough times. Whether that was soldiers talking about offing themselves or massive pay issues, many situations showed signs of an inept or corrupt leadership neglecting their SMs.This is wildly pathetic from multiple points. 1, this Soldier has gone a year without this issue being resolved. 2, the AER loan. 3, it takes a Reddit post to get advice (but this is where the sub wins). 4, it is going to take the SMA's PAO to resolve it. Lastly, 5. The PAO can resolve issues faster than a Congressional.Honestly, I'd like to hear a podcast done by the current/next SMA and /or the PAO giving monthly updates on said statues above. Further transparency in these matters will only improve. I don't have time to watch an hour long video, but I'll listen to a podcast.
