I tried contacting support, but the just send me an email saying “Your account will remain deactivated at this time.” and the reason is listed as “violating terms and conditions “. All I did was literally place an order!!! So, doordash deactivated me a couple of days ago for no reason. They said their reasoning was that my delivery rate and customer rating was low which was 100% untrue. My delivery rate was over 4.85 and my customer rating was nearly 5 stars every time.
