Hey CS2 community, I've started a new city, but this time, I wanted to create dedicated zones depending on the density of buildings. I haven't yet zoned for high-density buildings, except for one 4x4 plot of high-density, low-tax residential. I believe the parking lots you are using are props, Eye candy only.
