I'm torn between the Wood TW-6-6 grind, which is a .510" lift and the TW-7H, which is a .575" lift. All other cam specs are identical.This cam is perfect for cruising. It has a flat torque curve that gives you power just where you need it on a touring bike. It cools down the heat issues that come with many of the newer bikes. While the 204's are good (I ran them in a 95" and loved them), the 54's are making people happy with the 96's.
